India has almost doubled the number of testing centers for Coronavirus. Now there are 104 active testing centers for Covid-19 in India.
A total of 22,928 samples from 22,038 individuals have been tested for SARS-CoV2 so far as on 25th of March, 2020.
According to ICMR 539 cases have been found to be positive for Coronavirus. India has reported 11 deaths till now from the deadly virus.
India has taken the strictest measure possible with PM Modi announcing a complete lock-down in the entire country for 3 weeks starting 24th of March. This has been done to stop the spread of the virus. Social distancing has been found to be the best way forward to contain the spread of the virus in the country.
