Covid-19 cases are on the rise and 30th March saw the steepest rise in the positive coronavirus cases in India. 237 new cases of positive coronavirus were detected on 30th March. Till now COVID-19 cases in India have touched 1,251. 101 have recovered from the virus while 32 have died.

The government has identified 10 hotspots of coronavirus cases in India. Unusual transmission of coronavirus has taken place in all these 10 hotspot areas.

The 10 hotspots of coronavirus in India are: 

Dilshad Garden, Nizamuddin in Delhi, Noida, Meerut, Bhilwara, Ahmedabad, Kassargod, Pathanamthitta, Mumbai and Pune. 

These places reported 227 deaths and 5 more deaths in the last 24 hours. The hotspots are taken on the basis where 10 or more cases are reported as a cluster. These hotspots saw 227 new cases with 5 deaths in the last 24 hours.

6 deaths were reported from Telangana. All these people had participated in a religious prayer meeting from 13th to 15th March in Nizamuddin area in New Delhi.
