ICICI Bank refutes Congress’ claim, says it has not paid any salary or ESOPs to SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch after retirement

ICICI Bank vehemently refuted the allegations leveled by the Congress about the private lender paying remuneration in the form of salary or employee stock option plans (ESOPs) to SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch, on Monday, September 2.

In a statement, it said that neither ICICI Bank nor its group companies have paid any salary or granted any ESOPs to Puri Buch after her retirement, other than her retiral benefits.
