Infosys, Nvidia partner to help firms adopt generative AI, boost productivity

Indian tech major Infosys and graphics chip giant Nvidia on Wednesday announced to expand their strategic collaboration with the aim to help enterprises worldwide drive productivity gains with generative AI applications and solutions. The alliance will bring the Nvidia AI Enterprise ecosystem of models, tools, runtimes and GPU systems to Infosys Topaz — an AI-first set of services, solutions and platforms that use generative AI technologies.

Reliance, Nvidia join hands to advance AI in India

Reliance Industries and chip maker Nvidia on Friday announced a collaboration to develop India’s own foundation large language model trained on the nation’s diverse languages and tailored for generative AI applications to serve the country. Nvidia will provide access to the most advanced Nvidia GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip and Nvidia DGX Cloud, an AI supercomputing service in the cloud. GH200 marks a fundamental shift in computing architecture that provides exceptional performance and massive memory bandwidth.

Wall Street officially in bull market

The S&P 500 rallied to end the day in a bull market, marking a 20 per cent surge since its most recent low, reached on October 12, 2022. That brings to end the bear market that began in January 2022.
