With Apple Store online, customers will get assistance from Apple Specialists, who will help them choose the right products and set them up. These specialists will also help customers with their product issues, customizing their Macs according to their needs, and provide 1:1 free online session upon purchase of certain Apple products from the online store. The guidance will be offered in both Hindi and English.

Customers will have the option to pay for products on Apple Store online with a debit card, credit card EMI, net banking, the credit card on delivery, UPI, and RuPay. Apple will provide free, no-contact delivery on these products.

You’ll also be able to purchase AppleCare+ from the online store, which extends product warranty with up to two years of technical support and accidental damage cover. And there will also be a trade-in program on Apple Store online, so you can get your new iPhone at a lesser price in exchange for any eligible smartphone.

In October, customers will get free online Today at Apple sessions focused on photography and music, which will be led by local Creative Pros. Moreover, Apple Store online will also offer gift wrap and custom engraving options on select products.

Engraving of emoji or text will be available in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu languages on AirPods, whereas engraving on iPad and Apple Pencil will be only available in English.

The opening of the Online Store in India is only the first step for Apple, which will also be opening physical retail locations, starting next year in Mumbai, before opening a second outlet in Bengaluru.
